Job Description

As a Customer Account Representative , you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient, and solution-focused. You will manage customer accounts, answer inquiries, coordinate with internal departments, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining strong business relationships.
