Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for outpatients in a clinic setting according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Monitor patient status, document findings, and communicate with the multidisciplinary team to support treatment plans.
- Ensure patient safety, adherence to care plans, and compliance with clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Ability to work in an outpatient clinic setting within a hospital environment.
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating care across disciplines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to adherence to established nursing standards and the nursing process.
- Availability to begin on 09/14/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment and to work a 4x10-hour day shift schedule.
