Location: Woodland, CA

Pay Rate: $16.90 – $17.50 per hour

Schedule:  5 days per week including Sat/Sun.

Overtime: May be required, especially during peak production seasons

Position Type: Temporary Assignment (Several Months) with Potential for Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join a busy warehouse and production team in Woodland, CA. This position is expected to last several months and offers the opportunity to become a permanent employee based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and warehouse duties.
• Lift and move materials throughout the facility.
• Stack and organize pallets.
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Assist with loading and unloading products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
• Support production and warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
