Real Estate Attorney

Our client is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Attorney to join their growing Real Estate Group. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate real estate capital markets documents, including joint venture operating agreements, syndication agreements, preferred equity agreements, and related entity formation and governance documents. Prepare and revise a variety of real estate transactional agreements, including purchase and sale agreements and financing documents. Coordinate closely with partners, clients, and paralegals to ensure transactions progress efficiently and key deadlines are met. Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience handling real estate transactions. Strong background in purchase and sale agreements (PSAs) and real estate financing documentation. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with significant client-facing responsibilities. Ability to independently manage transactions from inception through closing. Positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
