What We Need

A creative powerhouse who can design, manage, and deliver. Someone with exceptional technical chops and a design point of view that pushes boundaries. You'll drive transformative projects while building our Pacific Northwest footprint from the ground up.

This isn't about checking boxes-it's about leading project teams, managing complex budgets, and creating places that matter. You'll lead the design and delivery of aquariums, museums, academic facilities, labs, and civic projects that create positive impact.

You Bring

• 10+ years of architectural experience (Washington registration preferred)
• Proven track record leading project teams and managing budgets/schedules
• Deep expertise in all design and construction phases
• Battle-tested experience with WA building codes, entitlements, and permitting for Civic/Government/Port & Pier projects
• Mastery of Revit, SketchUp, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite
• Passion for emerging tech (AI, project management tools, design technology)
• Sustainability expertise, n et-zero strategies, cutting-edge products, the works
• Mentorship skills that develop junior talent
• Pacific Northwest roots, meaningful local connections and market knowledge
