Job Overview Milford Regional Physician Group seeks an Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care team. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care with strong support from a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Spend the majority of the workday with patients, managing their medical care and fostering continuous relationships. Document patient encounters using the Epic EMR system. Collaborate with nurses, social workers, behavioral health specialists, and population health coordinators to manage high-risk patients. Participate in team-based care initiatives and support leadership efforts in operations, IT, HR, and clinical governance. Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine. Must hold an MD or DO degree and be qualified for a Massachusetts medical license. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $250,000–$300,000, with final offer contingent on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits include employer‑funded retirement contributions of 8% of base salary, additional retirement plan options, tuition reimbursement, student‑loan forgiveness, and PSLF‑eligible employment.
