SENIOR OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL)-North America, to support the Executive Director in advancing J-PAL North America’s strategic priorities, translating vision into action, and strengthening engagement with internal and external stakeholders. The role administers a broad portfolio of financial, operational, administrative, and technology initiatives, while communicating the organization’s mission, impact, and achievements to diverse audiences. Job Requirements Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience. Demonstrated attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills. Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, Asana, or similar project management and data-tracking platforms. Ability to leverage technology to analyze and communicate information effectively.
