Key Responsibilities: Assists the project manager with scheduling, resource allocation, and communication. Coordinate and oversee remodeling projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Act as the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Develop and manage project schedules, track progress, and resolve any issues or delays. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports. Facilitate communication among all stakeholders to keep projects on track and within scope. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the remodeling or construction industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
