Urology Physician

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of urologic conditions affecting adult patients. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to care. This role includes both outpatient consultations and surgical procedures in Delray Medical Center and/or Boca Raton Regional Hospital.
Great work life balance! Hours are 9:00-5:00 (closed 12:00-1:00 daily).
- Diagnose and treat disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system in adult patients (average patient in 70 s)
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as cystoscopies, urodynamics, and imaging studies
- Manage conditions including kidney stones, incontinence, urinary tract infections, prostate issues, and cancers of the bladder, kidneys, and prostate
- Perform urologic surgeries including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures
- Prescribe and monitor medications and nonsurgical treatments
- Collaborate with primary care physicians, oncologists, nephrologists, and other specialists as needed
- Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited Urology residency program
- Valid medical license (or ability to obtain) in the state of Florida
- Fellowship training (optional) in subspecialties such as urologic oncology, endourology, or female urology is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care
- 2+ years of post-residency clinical practice (new grads welcome to apply)
- Experience with robotic and minimally invasive surgical techniques
- Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Epic)
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology preferred
