You’ll manage daily financial transactions, maintain compliance with company policies, and assist with employee-related tasks. What You Bring To The Table Cash Office & Bookkeeping Experience: Prior experience in cash handling, reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping. Payroll & HR Support: Familiarity with timekeeping systems, payroll processing, and basic HR functions including onboarding and leave tracking. Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic math and computer systems including spreadsheets, timekeeping tools, and point-of-sale systems. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and store leadership. Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Reliability: Consistent attendance and adherence to workplace standards and policies. Compliance Awareness: Familiarity of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Western Union, and lottery regulations.
