Job Description: - Position Type: RN Case Manager (DAYS)
- Location: Springfield, OR
- Start Date: ASAP
- License: Must have OR RN license on hand
- Candidate Restrictions: No local candidates, no LTC experience, no new grads About Us:
- State-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
- 42-bed facility dedicated to helping individuals regain independence after injury or illness
- Customized rehabilitation programs tailored to specific patient needs (stroke, brain injury, trauma, spinal cord injury, etc.)
- Committed to maximizing health, function, and quality of life for our patients Position Information:
- Unit: 1st Floor
- Role: RN in Case Management
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
- Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Weekend Requirements: M-F, every other weekend rotation
- Call Requirements: None
- Certifications Required: RN License, BLS
- Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year (NO new grads)
- Floating Requirements: None Unit Highlights:
- Number of Beds: 42
- Patient Ratios: RN/LPN 5:1, CNA 7:1
- Equipment Used: EPIC, PYXIS
- EHR Experience Required: Must have EPIC experience
- Patient Population: Adults, some geriatric, rehab patients Looking For:
- Must Have Skills/Experience: IRF, MED-SURG
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: N/A
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: N/A
- Personality Fit: Team-oriented, dedicated to patient care First Day Details:
- Scrub Color: Any color
- Time to Report: 7 PM
