Sr Integrated Eligibility Systems Trainer Title: Sr Integrated Eligibility Systems Trainer Work Arrangement: Onsite Worksite Address: Washington, DC Interviews: Webcam Only Required Experience: 16 Years Job Description Senior level Integrated Eligibility Systems Trainer with proven professional experience in the design, development, and delivery of Eligibility systems training. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver training for the Integrated Eligibility system supporting MAGI, SNAP and TANF programs. Collaborate with team members and Organizational Change Management leadership to deliver training and develop and maintain training materials and training schedules. Build relationships with frontline staff and leadership. Analyze, design, develop, and test industry‑standard training materials to support ongoing continuous improvement and new releases. Provide hands‑on support for frontline workers and their supervisors. Deliver quality training with measurable outcomes. Conduct post‑training assessments, including observations, and assist in establishing best practices for Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 assessments. Analyze system support tickets to identify training and support needs. Mentor other eligibility trainers in best practices for adult learning. Coordinate IT project management, engineering, maintenance, QA, and risk management. Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities. Develop technical applications to support users. Develop, implement, maintain and enforce documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned systems. Provide training for system products and procedures. Perform application upgrades. Perform monitoring, maintenance, or reporting on real‑time databases, real‑time network and serial data communications, and real‑time graphics and logic applications. Troubleshoot problems. Ensure project life‑cycle compliance with District standards and procedures. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT). Design, build and validate training cases within a system training environment to support instructional delivery and system reinforcement. Minimum Education/Certification Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
