Qualifications To be successful as a Luxury Real Estate Agent, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Active Arizona Real Estate License. On-site availability for the first 4 weeks, aligned with our invested lead generation training. 1+ year experience in Real Estate or 3+ years of Sales Experience (Multiple Industries Considered). Comfort and proficiency with technology platforms, including CRM systems, communication tools, and digital marketing software. Obsessed with the Client Experience. Our Team only hires Full‑Time Agents who can dedicate 30+ hours a week to building a predictable income in an unpredictable industry.
