Horario del Puesto
Esta vacante es de aproximadamente 30 horas por semana. Los candidatos deben tener disponibilidad para trabajar aproximadamente de 5:00 PM a 11:00 PM, cinco días por semana, de lunes a sábado. Los Miembros del Equipo tendrán un día libre durante la semana laboral de lunes a sábado, según las necesidades operacionales. El restaurante está cerrado los domingos.
Podrían surgir oportunidades para trabajar turnos adicionales según las necesidades operacionales y la disponibilidad del empleado.

Responsabilidades del Miembro del Equipo de Front-of-House
- Crear un ambiente acogedor y hospitalario para cada cliente
- Sonreír, mantener contacto visual y comunicarse con entusiasmo con los clientes
- Crear conexiones significativas con los clientes
- Brindar un servicio preciso, atento y eficiente
- Apoyar y mantener la visión y los valores del Restaurante
- Realizar múltiples tareas de manera rápida y minuciosa en un ambiente de trabajo dinámico
- Trabajar de manera colaborativa como parte de un equipo
- Comunicarse eficazmente con clientes, Miembros del Equipo y Líderes del Restaurante
- Mantener la limpieza y organización de las áreas de trabajo asignadas
- Cumplir con las normas aplicables de seguridad alimentaria, seguridad en el lugar de trabajo, uniforme y apariencia
- Realizar las funciones físicas esenciales del puesto
- Realizar otras funciones que le sean asignadas
Calificaciones y Requisitos
- Tener al menos 18 años de edad
- Estar legalmente autorizado para trabajar en los Estados Unidos
- Ser constante y confiable
- Tener una actitud positiva y disposición para servir a los demás
- Tener orientación hacia el servicio al cliente
- Tener sólidas habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación
- Ser detallista y capaz de manejar múltiples responsabilidades
- Poder trabajar eficazmente tanto de manera independiente como como parte de un equipo
- Poder presentarse al trabajo puntualmente y de manera confiable para los turnos programados
- Poder realizar las funciones físicas esenciales del puesto, incluyendo levantar, cargar y/o empujar artículos que pesen hasta 50 libras
- Poder permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados mientras realiza las funciones esenciales del puesto
- Sentirse cómodo aprendiendo y utilizando la tecnología del restaurante y los sistemas de punto de venta
- Las habilidades bilingües, particularmente en español, son una ventaja
