Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/08/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Day 3x12-Hour (06:45 - 19:15) Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Year's Experience Traveler Experience: Unit WILL accept 1st Time Travelers (Stepdown experience preferred) Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes Skills: IV Start and Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias and Management of dysrhythmias MUST HAVE CARDIAC TELE EXPERIENCE, AS THIS IS A CARDIAC TELE UNIT Certs: ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Step-Down experience *36 or 48 Hours can be offered. Unit will accept 13 week length or longer, through 2/27 end date. RTO: 7 days MAX Float Requirement: YES, Floating is Required. Weekend Requirement: 8 Weekend Shifts. PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Cardiac Arrhythmias, MI, ACS, Diabetes uncontrolled, DKA, Heart Failure, post heart catheterization, post PPM, post ICD. Cardiac drips. No titrating for blood pressure. Quality nurses needed that can handle same ratios as other units. SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Cardiac drips. No titrating for blood pressure. Tele/Stepdown/IMC quality nurses needed that can handle same ratios as other units.
