We are excited to invite experienced CNC Operators to become a vital part of our dynamic manufacturing team on the 3rd shift. Enjoy a competitive pay rate of $20.00/hour, plus a $2.00/hour shift premium, while working in a supportive and innovative environment.

Position Summary

This role involves operating CNC lathe machines using state-of-the-art Mazak equipment and Mazatrol controls. You will play a key role in producing high-quality precision components in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe machines safely and efficiently.
• Work with Mazak machines and Mazatrol controls.
• Load and unload materials and finished parts.
• Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Inspect parts using measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents.
• Maintain production and quality standards throughout the shift.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience required.
• Experience operating CNC lathes preferred.
• Experience with Mazak machines and Mazatrol controls strongly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently on an overnight shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
