Description:

Who We Are

Founded in 2013, Alta Pest Control has quickly risen to prominence, earning a spot on the Inc 5000 list and ranking #26 on the PCT Top 100. With 17 locations nationwide we're proud to offer a wide range of services aimed at safeguarding our customers' homes.

At Alta Pest Control, we believe in more than just getting rid of pests—we’re about creating peace of mind. Our team is driven, innovative, and committed to delivering outstanding service. This is a field-based position. You’ll spend most of your day on the road, servicing customers at their homes and businesses. You’ll start and end your day from your service area - not sitting in an office.

We’re looking for a motivated Service Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the retention of our customers and to reduce the amount of callbacks by completing all stops assigned to them. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.

What Your Day Might Look Like

Starting Pay: $17 per hour (plus perks and commissions)

Schedule: Monday–Saturday | Approx. 8:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. | 40–60 hours per week

Both Full-Time Regular and Full-Time Seasonal Roles Available

• Starting your day from home and heading straight to your first stop
• Managing your own service route throughout the day
• Working independently outdoors in different neighborhoods
• Treating 10–15 homes per day
• Communicating with clients, explaining treatments, answering questions, and addressing concerns
• Driving company vehicles, cleaning work areas, and assisting with other administrative tasks
• Work closely with teammates and other departments to keep things running smoothly
• Ensure every customer experience is a great one

What You’ll Get

• Competitive pay (because you’re worth it)
• Company vehicle you can take home - NO daily commute to the office required!
• 401(k)
• Paid time off + holidays to recharge
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Ongoing training & support to help you grow
• Room to advance because we love to promote from within

What You Bring to the Table

• No prior pest control experience required - paid training and licensing provided
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check

Why You’ll Love It Here

At Alta, we’re more than just a pest control company - we’re a team on a mission: to provide a better experience by becoming better people. That means we invest in our team, support personal and professional growth, and challenge ourselves to improve every day. When you join us, you're not just starting a job - you’re joining a culture built on integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement. We show up for each other, take pride in what we do, and have fun along the way.
