Role Overview Our Technical Service Representatives provide support to the Operations Manager, oversee project installations, perform service and repair on equipment, and transport items that require movement to meet company needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee installation of customer’s projects including personnel assigned to the project. Inspect finished jobs to assure quality control standards have been met. Interact with salesperson, management, and customers on status of customer projects. Operate light duty (less than three tons). Help load/unload pipe, pumps and equipment for scheduled delivery to customer or another Branch. Keep accurate written records of all deliveries and pick‑ups, obtain customer signatures as well as pictures needed for invoicing as required by management. Maintain all driving records required by management on a timely basis. Perform required truck inspections, keep truck in top operating condition, report any needed maintenance/repair to Operations Manager in writing, keep truck clean. Perform maintenance and repair duties on all rental equipment. Maintain a safe, neat, and orderly working environment. Complete paperwork as assigned. Follow company safety rules and wear personal protective equipment at all times. Delivery and pick up of rental equipment.
