Development Accountant — Growth, GAAP & Stock Benefits

The Staff Accountant - Development is responsible for supporting accounting and reporting for Welltower's development and construction projects. You will record and reconcile costs, capital expenditures, and project accruals, and assist with monthly and quarterly reporting in alignment with internal controls. This role collaborates with development, asset management, and corporate accounting teams to ensure accurate financial data, contribute to process improvements, and analyze project costs #J-18808-Ljbffr Welltower
