If you're someone who naturally connects with people, follows through on your commitments, and enjoys being on the road, we'd love to talk with you.What You'll DoYour primary responsibility isn't simply selling products-it's becoming the trusted resource dealerships and fleet customers call first when they need a solution.You'll:Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing dealerships throughout the Tulsa market.Develop commercial fleet accounts by understanding each customer's unique needs.Visit customers regularly and become a familiar, dependable face they know and trust.Identify opportunities to help customers improve profitability, efficiency, and vehicle appearance.Present solutions including truck accessories, commercial upfitting, fleet equipment, leather interiors, electronics, window tint, wheels, bedliners, lighting, and more.Coordinate with our operations team to ensure every customer receives exceptional service.Stay connected after the sale to build long-term partnerships that generate repeat business. Who You AreWe're less concerned with what you've sold and more interested in how you've built relationships.You may have experience in:Automotive salesCommercial or B2B salesAccount managementDealership operationsFleet servicesEquipment or industrial salesThe ideal candidate is:A natural relationship builder.Self-motivated and organized.Comfortable meeting new people every day.Honest, dependable, and accountable.Professional in appearance and communication.Someone who enjoys helping customers solve problems instead of simply making a sale. What We OfferCompetitive base salary of $45,000 a year plus commission with earning potential of $80,000 a year and above.Company vehicle or vehicle allowance.Cell phone reimbursement.Health benefits.Paid vacation and holidays.Ongoing product and industry training.An established company with an outstanding reputation.The opportunity to represent a company known for integrity, quality, and customer service. Why Integrity Customs?Our name isn't just our brand-it's how we've done business for more than two decades.We don't believe in one-time transactions.
