Join a Team That Invests in Your Success At The Cannon Team at LPT Realty, we believe in empowering our agents through comprehensive coaching and support. Our approach includes weekly one-on-one sessions, live deal strategy discussions, script practice, and role-playing. You'll have a dedicated mentor who is readily available to assist you during negotiations. Whether you're newly licensed or an experienced agent seeking to enhance your skills, you'll benefit from the guidance of someone who has successfully closed the deals you're aiming for. Your Daily Experience: Receive team-provided leads, allowing you to engage with genuine buyers and sellers without the need for cold- calling.Participate in a structured onboarding and coaching program designed to set you up for success, rather than leaving you to figure things out on your own.Gain direct access to a producing mentor for real-time deal support.Benefit from comprehensive back-office support, including marketing, listing management, and transaction coordination.Follow a clear path from your first closing to building a consistent, repeatable pipeline. Ideal Candidates: Are newly licensed and eager to accelerate their growth without unnecessary hurdles, orAre experienced agents seeking to overcome stagnation with robust support.Are coachable, organized, and ready to follow a proven process.Are comfortable with the technology and systems that drive modern real estate. Requirements: Active Texas Real Estate License (or in progress).Strong communication skills and a service-first mindset. Position Details: This is a full-time, commission-based role. Your income potential is directly tied to your efforts, and our coaching is designed to help you achieve your financial goals more quickly.
