Requirements Robert Wood Johnson- Newark Beth Isreal Medical needs a Psychiatrist for Inpatient coverage starting in January 2027 for 6 months coverage. Description of Work Assignment Will be responsible for rounding inpatient adult units. Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days 5 days a week 830a-430p Schedule of Days/Times Needed to Work/ Shift Hours Day shift preferred days: Monday thru Friday On call? Yes Patient Load Psychiatric Inpatient Involuntary unit – Average daily census 12-15 patients Board Status Requirement (BC/BE) Yes Is there additional support staff? Yes. Is the provider working solo or with other providers? If so, whom? Solo Are there Advanced Practice Providers? If yes, is the locums provider responsible for them? No Trauma Level of Work Location N/A EMR System? Epic Is the Clinic EMR Different from the Hospital EMR? No List of individuals interviewing candidate: Interim chief of psychiatry/AVP of BH Time Sheet Approver (once physician is hired) Interim chief of psychiatry Are we able to grant full, temporary, or emergency privileges?
