Main activities include Demand Planning, Inventory and Order Management, Executive S&OP Meetings and S&OP KPIs reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Planning (Industry, Retails, Wholesales, Production)Oversee company and Dealer InventoryOrder Management of wholegoodsPrepare and conduct executive meetings and KPIs reporting for S&OPSupport Sales TeamPlan production for CNH Plants and OEMs in order to optimize Inventory Levels.#LI-JB1Experience RequiredBachelors Degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering Statistics or Math5 years relevant work experience on Supply Chain Planning management, Production Planning and Control or Sales and Operating Planning, preferably on Capital Goods, Automotive or related company.Experience on Professional and Senior Associate team management.Preferred QualificationsPay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is USD $120,225.00 - $184,300.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location.
