Position: Experienced Arborist / Tree Climber
Location: Lincoln, NE (Local job sites)
Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift
Pay: $22 - $30+ / hr (DOE + Certification incentives)

What You'll Do
- Perform technical tree removals, structural pruning, and canopy reductions.
- Utilize modern rope/saddle climbing techniques and aerial lifts/bucket trucks.
- Execute safe rigging in tight or confined residential spaces.
- Operate chainsaws, chippers, loaders, and stump grinders.
- Maintain a clean job site and follow ANSI Z133 safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional tree climbing and rigging experience.
- Strong working knowledge of tree biology and drop-zone safety.
- Valid driver’s license (Clean record required; CDL Class B is a big plus).
- Ability to handle physical labor, lift 50+ lbs, and work outdoors at height.
- ISA Certified Arborist credential is a plus, but not required.
