What You’ll Do Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring manufacturing employees Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation Process factory hourly payroll Support FMLA and leave administration Track employee training and compliance requirements Coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and company activities Maintain HR files, records, and reporting Assist employees and managers with HR-related questions Support special projects and initiatives as assigned What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Previous HR, payroll, administrative, or office experience preferred Benefits Competitive pay Clean, friendly, family-owned work environment Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match12 paid holidays Vacation eligibility after 30 days Why Bodine?
