Construction Superintendent

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and mission-critical/data center construction projects in Phoenix, Arizona . Specializing in data center interior solutions , our client delivers hot and cold aisle containment, raised access flooring, high-density ceilings, specialty interior systems, maintenance services, and consulting/testing for some of North America's most advanced mission-critical facilities. This is a direct hire opportunity for an experienced field leader who excels at managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and delivering quality work safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion Supervise Assistant Superintendents, foremen, field crews, and subcontractors Manage project schedules, manpower, and site logistics Coordinate with Project Managers, QA/QC, and Safety teams Maintain daily reports, field documentation, and production tracking Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project turnover Qualifications 5+ years of construction field experience 3+ years as a Construction Superintendent OSHA 30 Certification required Experience with commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills Why Apply?
