Business Support Program ManagerJob#: 3053827Job Description:Business Support Program ManagerLocation: Jersey City, New Jersey (Hybrid)Role OverviewWe are seeking a Business Support Program Manager to manage diverse administrative functions for a large, complex line of business. This role involves overseeing financial control and budgeting, personnel processes, audit and compliance, and project coordination. The position requires consulting with senior management to evaluate current methods and develop strategies for implementing changes and improvements, necessitating a thorough knowledge of the business unit's functional area.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the business management function, including management routines, financial management, event management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.Manage staffing routines and provide oversight.Prepare technology executives for engagements with peers, senior leaders, and business partners.Coordinate between teams to ensure alignment with objectives and manage routines and requests.Manage and drive the production of consistent documentation for technology executives and business partners.Support executives in managing expenses and governing their initiative portfolio.Partner with executives and the business to deliver a strategic agenda, monitor performance, and manage costs.Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage spending and staff allocation.Develop robust communication and engagement plans for executives and their teams.Understand the linkage of programs and projects to business strategy and portfolio priorities.Facilitate processes from headcount planning to onboarding.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills, including the ability to make effective presentations.Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Strong interpersonal skills.Prior experience handling multiple facets of an end-to-end business.Preferred QualificationsFinancial ManagementResource ManagementProject ManagementStakeholder ManagementAnalytical ThinkingBusiness AcumenRisk ManagementAgile PracticesData ManagementEverforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
