Marketing Manager

Full-time | Monday–Friday | Office-based Turn Marketing Ideas Into Meaningful Results. Good marketing takes more than creative ideas. It requires understanding an audience, coordinating campaigns, keeping projects on track, and making sure every activity supports a clear objective. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager in Washington, DC to coordinate marketing initiatives, support campaign development, and help maintain consistent brand messaging across different channels. You’ll work with colleagues to plan activities, manage priorities, review campaign performance, and identify ways to improve customer engagement. This role would suit someone who combines creative thinking with organization, communicates confidently, and enjoys taking responsibility for projects from planning through to delivery. What You’ll Be Responsible For Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns in line with business objectives. Develop campaign briefs, promotional materials, and marketing content. Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing activities. Coordinate project timelines, campaign schedules, and deliverables. Work with internal teams and external partners to support campaign execution. Research target audiences, market trends, and competitor activity. Review campaign results and prepare updates on performance. Monitor marketing activities against agreed objectives and deadlines. Support digital marketing, social media, events, and promotional initiatives where required. Manage marketing materials, project documentation, and campaign records. Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement. Help organize team meetings, planning sessions, and campaign reviews. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who can combine strong communication, sound organization, and practical marketing knowledge with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. You’ll bring: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good project management and organizational ability. An understanding of marketing campaigns, branding, and audience engagement. Confidence coordinating tasks and working with different teams. Attention to detail when reviewing content and campaign materials. The ability to assess results and identify opportunities for improvement. Comfort using standard office software and marketing tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines. Previous experience in marketing, campaign coordination, brand management, communications, digital marketing, or promotional activities is beneficial. Experience managing projects or coordinating the work of others would also be useful.
