Aldrich is looking for a Practice Coordinator to join our specialized service team and play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient client and internal operations. This position is perfect for someone with an executive assistant mindset who thrives on managing complex tasks, anticipating needs, and staying steps ahead in a dynamic environment. As a Practice Coordinator, you'll work closely with staff, clients, and leadership, handling critical communications, organizing essential documents, and driving project milestones. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in an administrative support or coordinator role within a professional office environment
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially in document proofreading and editing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult or sensitive client situations professionally
• Adaptability and efficiency in managing dynamic, competing demands
• Proactive work ethic, accountable for completing tasks on time
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize opportunities and develop creative solutions
• Ability to prioritize and take ownership of multiple tasks seamlessly
• Highly resourceful team player who can also work effectively independently
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal guidance

You'll Get a Chance To:

• Organize and manage critical client documentation, including engagement letters, proposals, and tax documents, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Proofread and edit client forms like Power of Attorney and extensions
• Coordinate client signatures, follow up, and maintain digital files
• Support billing by preparing invoices, running reports, and assisting with collections
• Act as a primary contact between clients and staff, facilitating smooth communication and strong relationships
• Manage the team leader's calendar, handle event registrations, and assist with expense report processing to maintain seamless operations
• Organize meetings, training, and special events, providing needed support

The compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, and other job-related reasons. Aldrich also ensures internal equity in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $24.00 - $32.00.

What You Should Know:

This is a full-time position and is available to be a hybrid position, working at least 3 days in the office. Our standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
