Hotel California by the Sea (HCBTS) is a dual-diagnosis drug and alcohol treatment center located in Newport Beach, CA with other facilities located in Bothell, WA,  We are committed to treating our clients with the dignity, compassion, and respect they deserve while they’re in treatment. HCBTS is looking for dynamic, flexible, and passionate individuals to join our outstanding team!

We are looking for an Admission Specialist interested in helping those who are struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate will be an experienced admission representative with a strong background in sales; someone who will initiate and follow up with leads, effectively communicate, be confident with the services we have to offer, and be solution oriented.

Knowledge about substance use disorder and alcohol & drug addiction would be a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

· Respond to phones and web generated inquiries in a polite, friendly, and professional manner

· Gather patient information, treatment history, and insurance information and document appropriately

· Contact and follow-up with prospects or leads assigned to them using the phone and/or email

· Collaborate and communicate with team members and supervisors

· Adhere to all company and regulatory rules

· Follow HIPAA regulations always, regarding client information.

Experience / Skills

· Previous experience in a sales position (preferred)

· Understanding of substance abuse and mental health disorders. Experience within the substance abuse/mental health industry (preferred)

· Excellent communication skills and a compassionate nature

· HubSpot

· Proficient in English

· Basic phone and computer skills
