Responsibilities Greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Assist guests with questions, directions, and local recommendations Address and resolve guest concerns professionally Maintain accurate guest records and room key inventory Support front desk operations as needed Requirements Experience with an IHG branded hotel highly desired Be able to manage time effectively, complete required tasks on time Knowledge of and ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system. Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent required Stable work history required Strong understand of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Need to be a team player – if you like to work on an island by yourself, this won’t be a good fit for you!
