SEC Reporting Consultant POST NUMBER: 483611

This position will play a critical role in the preparation and review of SEC filings , ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while partnering cross-functionally across accounting, finance, and executive leadership.
The ideal candidate is both technically strong and hands-on , with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, publicly traded environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, and related disclosures
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Manage the financial reporting process and supporting schedules
• Coordinate closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders
• Assist with technical accounting research and implementation
• Support quarter-end and year-end close activities as they relate to reporting
• Identify process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEC reporting within a publicly traded company
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement presentation
• Experience preparing or reviewing 10-K and 10-Q filings
• Background in Big 4 or national public accounting (highly preferred)
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with technical accounting and complex transactions
• Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Workiva, Hyperion, or similar )
• Strong communication and business partnering skills
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
