The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and proactive, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

This role also supports new property onboarding, leasing operations, and service team guidance, ensuring smooth workflows and consistent standards across the portfolio.

  • Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Noise levels are typically moderate in the office but may be louder in occupied or active property settings. The employee is not typically exposed to hazardous conditions but should remain aware of surroundings when visiting sites where maintenance or renovation work is taking place. Physical demands

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, use hands to type and operate standard office equipment, and communicate effectively in person and via phone or email.
