Essential Job Function Provide high‑level admin support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Provide data to CSS to support admin programs (e.g., task management, fitness program, safety program, manning). Act as point of contact for newly assigned aircrew for orientation/initial training requirements. Coordinate with UDM regarding deployment mobility, logistics, security, ancillary training, medical and dental requirements. Maintain mobility and training documents for deployments. Assist with data collection for DRRS, SORTS, and ART, including UTC posturing and individual status updates. Minimum Qualifications HS/GED Diploma required; college coursework desired. SECRET Clearance. 1 year of performing admin support functions; experience with DoD programs highly desired. 1 year of working with MS Office.
