Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma Certificate in Nursing. Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in hospice and/or home health. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Licenses and Certifications Required NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License. BLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
