Fixed Operations Consultant (Orlando, FL)

Fixed Operations Consultant Base Pay Range: $71,196 - $88,842. Targeted Annual Commission: $15,000 Responsibilities Operational Management: Collaborate with Account Management and other operational roles to diagnose, analyze, and develop action plans that improve dealership performance. Create implementation plans, present findings, and work with dealership management to obtain support, change behavior, and drive results. Build relationships at all dealership levels to implement change, develop and improve operational solutions in collaboration with Regional Operational Managers, communicate strategies and deliver dealership actions, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders, and participate in regional meetings. Leverage Carline Specialists and centralized resources as needed. Effectively implement Dealer Tire solutions that match dealership needs. Operational Execution: Conduct service lane assessments, complete activities to analyze and diagnose dealership gaps (inventory diagnostics, inspection process, selling strategies, etc.), interpret dealer data to identify opportunities, and develop product screen recommendations. Work with dealerships to establish retail pricing strategies, understand dealer compensation plans, and create customized coaching solutions to improve personnel performance across all areas. Assist with tools (DRSG) and capability to present tire and maintenance options, conduct mystery shops, improve inspection process, and support service advisor sales skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in dealership or automotive service operations. Project management experience preferred. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must meet Dealer Tire’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy. Physical Requirements Standing for long periods, frequent bending, crouching, twisting.
