Registered Nurse – Women's Care Unit

Schedule: Nights 12 hours, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Experience in women's health and neonatal care

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for women throughout all stages of life, from childbearing years to geriatric care and for infants up to 28 days old.
• Supervise and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with best practices.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and care practices.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards of practice.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
