Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Maryland SLP License (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience with pediatric, school-based, and teletherapy SLP services
• Familiarity with healthcare standards relevant to SLP practice
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to mixed caseloads
• Commitment to best practices for K-12 populations

Your Role:

• Conduct speech, language, and swallowing assessments for students in grades K-12
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy, both in-person and remotely, as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state policies
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and support teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery
• Participate in parent meetings, staff development, and district-led professional growth opportunities
