Role Description This opportunity is for a full-time physical therapist who is motivated and passionate about the adult and geriatric population. You would be servicing patients in the ALF (Assisted Living Facility) and SIL (Senior Independent Living) community settings. This position would incorporate: Fostering and strengthening relationships throughout the communities with the patients and staff Implementing creative and functional treatment approaches backed by evidence- based research to better clinical outcomes Demonstrating strong time management, flexibility, clinical judgement, and decision-making skills for patient evaluations Participating and supporting growth in clinical development by completing patient screens Developing the therapy caseload by utilizing effective communication to increase therapy presence and referrals within the communities Job Highlights Autonomy and freedom to create your schedule in a way that works for you! Qualifications Current state licensure in Physical Therapy for Illinois A passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in a similar setting is a plus PRN positions available with weekday and weekend options - work when it fits your lifestyle!
