WindowRama is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team!

The Service Coordinator plays an important role in supporting our customers after their purchase by answering service-related calls, scheduling in-home appointments, and coordinating with our Service Technicians, manufacturers, and sales teams.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer calls and emails and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule in-home service appointments for our Service Technicians
• Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, manufacturers, and sales team members
• Assist customers with service-related questions and concerns
• Follow up on service requests and help ensure issues are resolved
• Maintain accurate records and complete required reports
• Assist with training new hires and cross-training team members
• Perform additional administrative and service-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of customer service, post-sales service, or similar experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office
• Experience with AS400 or a similar system is a plus
• Call center, scheduling, or dispatch experience is a plus
• Building materials or home improvement industry experience is a plus

Pay rate: $18-$22 per hour
