Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

The Facilities Construction Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and overseeing facility and construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and contract requirements.

The Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact, leading and coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams throughout each phase of the project lifecycle.

Compensation:
Pay is based on experience. The anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $70,000–$80,000, consisting of a $50,000–$60,000 base salary plus commission/bonus opportunities. Starting salary will be determined based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule affiliates (subcontractors such as electricians, plumbers, handymen, etc.) and internal crews
• Source and onboard new affiliates as needed
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage property/facility maintenance work orders
• Meet with subcontractors in the field as needed to ensure proper scope, quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• Collect and organize insurance documentation
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors
• Assist Project Managers as needed
• Troubleshoot and develop creative solutions for facility repairs
• Prepare and submit customer invoices
• Generate reports

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• High attention to detail
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Reliable and punctual
