Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and craft appropriate intervention strategies.

• Design individualized therapy plans that encompass specific client goals, utilizing therapeutic techniques suited to their particular issues and family dynamics.

• Lead and facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices, promoting a safe and supportive space for participants.

• Support and educate clients' families throughout the therapeutic process, enhancing their understanding and involvement in recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
