Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents and correspondence for client cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• Assist in litigation processes, including preparing for trials and hearings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on labor and employment law matters.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation within the law office.
• Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and gather information.

Job Requirements:

• CA Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and in good standing.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear legal documents.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• 3-5 years experience or knowledge in Labor and Employment law.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
