About the Role
The Company is seeking a President to lead its organization through a pivotal phase of renewal and stabilization, with a focus on driving systemic change and increasing philanthropic resources for Latine communities. The successful candidate will be a bold, transformational, and community-centered leader, responsible for solidifying the organization's mission, increasing the pool of resources directed toward Latine-led and serving organizations, and unifying the staff and board around a clear and sustainable vision. This role demands a primary visionary strategist, resilient advocate, and business leader who can provide steady, confident leadership during a period of internal transformation and stabilization. The President will inherit a powerful 40-year legacy and strong financial stability, and will be expected to serve as a compelling public voice for Latine communities while shaping the future direction, investment priorities, and accountability of philanthropy. Key responsibilities include influencing how resources are prioritized, invested, and distributed to address inequities, and acting as a strategic partner to drive systemic change. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape, a commitment to social justice, and the ability to engage and mobilize a diverse range of stakeholders. A background in philanthropy, social impact, or a related field is essential, as is a proven track record of leadership and advocacy.
