Fulfillment Associate

Primary responsibilities include:

• Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments for accuracy, shortages, damages, and discrepancies while maintaining shipping and receiving records.

• Load, unload, stage, palletize, label, and organize raw materials and finished goods using company equipment while following warehouse safety procedures.

• Prepare shipping documentation including Bills of Lading and packing lists, coordinate outbound freight, and process shipments using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and internal systems.

• Perform inventory control activities including cycle counts, physical inventories, stock reconciliation, and accurate system recordkeeping.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience.

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently, stand for extended periods, and safely perform material handling duties.

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and management information systems (MIS); experience with shipping software is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
