EnSafe is accepting applications for an Administrative and Reports Specialist based out of our Pensacola, FL office.
As an Administrative and Reports Specialist , you will work on a wide range of projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will:
- Process reports — formatting, confirming appropriate styles, and compiling reports (electronically in PDF format and/or printed hard copies in binders)
- Grammar/Syntax review of documents, reports, letters, proposals, etc.
- Conducting data entry
- Organizing and maintaining confidential client files
- Assisting staff with internal overhead processes (travel scheduling, scanning reports/documents, photocopying, expense reports, etc.)
- General office duties (phone, mail, FedEx shipping, filing, production of training materials, stocking break room items, and supplies, etc.)
- Other general duties that arise.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of administrative assistant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint).
- Must be a highly organized and meticulous individual; able to collaborate effectively with multiple offices at one time, manage multiple tasks and assignments; ability to work with strict deadlines/under pressure, have a pleasant, can-do attitude, and use critical thinking.
- A college degree is a plus but not required.
