CMMS / Administrative Coordinator
Job Title: CMMS / Administrative Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time
Place of Performance: Culpeper, VA
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Provides administrative support for maintenance operations by managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), work orders, reports, documentation, and contract records.
Requirements:- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience using CMMS or maintenance management software.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience supporting facilities operations preferred.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules.
- Process and track work orders.
- Prepare reports and documentation.
- Maintain equipment and maintenance records.
- Coordinate administrative support for maintenance personnel.
- Assist with contract reporting and documentation.
