Service Parts Logistics Manager

Leading global demand planning and supply strategies, the full-time remote Service Parts Logistics Planning Manager will oversee inventory positioning and service levels for 3rd party and internal repair centers, ensuring cost-efficient operations and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the global service parts demand planning process, including forecasts and continuous improvement initiatives Own global supply planning processes to align supply, demand, and inventory targets while driving inventory optimization strategies Accountable for global service parts availability, managing KPIs and implementing corrective actions to enhance service level performance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field 7-10+ years of experience in global demand planning, supply planning, or service parts logistics 1 year of experience managing global or multi-regional supply chain operations 1 year of experience with inventory management, forecasting, and supply planning principles Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder)
