We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Restaurant Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring a pleasant dining experience through professional and attentive service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Present the menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, wine, and service to enhance the dining experience.
• Accurately record orders on checks or memorize them for efficient service.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and serve courses from the kitchen and bar.
• Garnish and decorate dishes in preparation for serving.
• Adhere to all policies for the responsible service of alcohol.
• Request identification from customers when their legal age is in question.
• Observe diners to respond to additional requests and determine when meals are completed.
• Total bills, process payments, and accept payment from patrons.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine pairing.
