Requirements Shift/Swing Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service and cleanliness. They also plan each shift, monitor performance, handle safety, security, profitability, and communicate with successor managers. As a Shift/Swing Manager, you may be responsible for: Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training This posting contains some information about what it is like to work in a McDonald\'s restaurant, but it is not a complete job description.
